Better customer service needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first range that was delivered had defective knobs so Kitchen Aid replaced it as it had not yet been installed…thank goodness I checked the knobs before installation otherwise they would not have replaced it. I’ve given a 3 star as the range is easy to use and functional however, the docked stars are due to Kitchen Aid’s customer service. Horrible experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the first gas range and I like cooking on it. It could be easier to clean. The grates are not as easy to remove to remove. Also the control panel on front is very sensitive and must be locked while cleaning. I don’t know if this normal but I think the oven unit takes a while to reach temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burners work fine but we’re having trouble getting the oven to work right. Never seems to be hot enough. Taking longer to cook than the recipe says it should. (Not using convection feature either so that shouldn’t be causing the oven temp to drop some).
We never got the 2-burner grille top that was supposed to come with this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love cooking on this range!

This is a bit deeper than my previous one and so we needed an electrician and a carpenter to do some small work to get this to fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
