Dishwasher won’t turn on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t gotten to use the range because we’re installing it in a new build. We also bought a kitchen aid dishwasher. It is installed but won’t work. A repairman from the business we purchased it from said we needed to contact the manufacturer and get a new one.

Looks great. Nice and sturdy. Oven cooks ‘slow’

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the range however the oven ‘cooks slow’ and I can’t figure out why. I’ve ordered an oven thermometer to see if maybe it doesn’t heat up the expected temperature.

Mixed feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings about this range. The cooktop is fine, especially since a technician adjusted the flame on several of the burners. I really don't care for the oven. We are having thermostat problems which have been addressed but not fixed yet. I don't care for the gas oven because it seems inconsistant, I much preferred my previous dual fuel range and wish I had purchased it instead. I like the look of the range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased over a month ago installed it and the broiler/oven has never worked. A technician came out to repair it, but said it needed a wiring harness due to a manufacturing defect. I am still waiting for the harness so we have not used the oven. Needless to say not very happy with my purchase

Just OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the oven pre-heat bell goes off, the actual oven temperature is still 30-40 degrees lower than the pre-heat setting temperature. Had to purchase a separate thermometer that we read through the glass window. Not very efficient it seems. Also, in cooking with lemon juice, we accidentally spilled a couple drops of juice and now the black finish looks like it’s been etched. Can’t seem to get it out. Happened the first week we had the range. Frustrating.

However, it would be nice if the owners manual wonual would include more detailed instructions on the use of the digital options for the oven (i.e. settings for different types of food being baked or roasted)
I would recommend this to a friend!
