Great appearance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this with matching refrigerator and dishwasher. Great appearance with the stainless steel black which gives a dark bronze color. Looks fantastic with white cabinets and the stainless steel handles. Does not show fingerprints either. We had requested a dual fuel with gas cooktop and electric oven, however we did not get the electric oven. Using the gas convection oven does provide even heating though. First time baking brownies - they were moist and not hard on the edges as brownies usually are - was a hit at a pitch-in. There is a locking feature for the oven so the area can be cleaned without starting a setting which is nice. But no locking feature for the burner knobs. If leaning on the front of the stove, you can accidently activate a burner. A locking feature would be nice for the burners as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice looking range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older Kitchenaid slide in range with the newer model. I had to make modifications to my granite countertops for the new model to fit. I also had to rearrange my gas and electric outlets to accommodate the new unit. I wish the new model had a lip overlap of the countertop like the old unit. It keeps things from falling down into that abyss between cabinets and the range. The oven takes way longer to come to temperature than my older unit and I had to calibrate it by 25 degrees. When the oven says it’s reached the selected temperature, it really needs another 10 minutes to reach that temperature so be mindful of that and get a thermometer to be assured that the temperature is correct before baking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the appearance and functionality. I have noticed that the areas near the top and bottom of the oven door become quite warm when the oven is on. I have not measured the temperature; it would be unpleasant to leave a hand on it for longer than a few seconds but probably not hot enough to actually burn the skin.
