Not happy, needs improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with this gas range. The burners burn way too hot, making it impossible to get a true simmer on any of them. The oven temperature needs recalibrating, even though we have done twice, it still isn't corrected. Also, the oven takes forever to preheat (compared to my prior GE) and once oven is cut off, the internal fan sound runs a long time to presumably to cool the interior. Looks nice, but needs improvement in function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been disappointed in this purchase. When using regular baking, not convection, the range fails to cook the items according to both package and recipe times. It is very frustrating to check on a dish when the timer goes off, usually on the highest time setting, and see that more cooking time is needed. The dishes often require a significant amount of additional time to be fully cooked. My last gas range was just the opposite as dishes were done quickly. This new one is a disappointment. I have had an appliance service person come to check it and they say it works as designed. Undercooking food is not acceptable to me.

Kitchen aid is not what they use to be

Functional and Stylish but can use some adjustment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good product. The front left burner does not always turn on easily and kind of blows up if not careful once fire is lit. Also the timer only beeps once and there is no way to adjust how many times a beep occurs, only to turn on and off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement of 16 Month Old Range with a New One

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new home and moved in February 2023 and selected all KitchenAid appliances for our new kitchen. Then 16 months later the mother board goes out on our new range. We did not expect this from a brand new KitchenAid Gas Range. Instead of fixing it we purchased the same range hoping for better results.
I would recommend this to a friend!
