Really nice mid-range stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent burners and oven. Oven control system is awesome. It is as good a 30” stove as you can find until you get to some of the full restaurant style ones that are usually much larger. Very accurate and consistent oven for baking.

Problematic!

I have had this stove for 5 years and it has been nothing but a headache. I have had multiple service calls in which no one can fix the issue. Our stove will preheat 1 out of 6 times and even when it’s preheating the flame will go out and the temp will not raise over 225 F. Even when the temp reaches the preset the flame will go off and the display will read 350 but the actual temp will be far below the actual temp displayed. We have had the igniter switch changed a few times and also the temperature sensor with no changes on the result. I find it hard to believe that there are so many reviews like mine and Kitchenaid has not correct this ongoing issue.
We need a new stove and because I can not buy another Kitchenaid stove we must now change all of our appliances so we can have a matching set.
I would say buy at your own risk and read all the reviews.

This stove has ruined 4 holidays because it would not ignite or hold a temp and Thanksgiving was the last straw.
Baking should not be this tough especially with the price of this range.

Was happy until about the third oven usage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove and oven work fine. After about the third time using the oven, the side’s expanded and two of the racks no longer fit. They fall through when you put weight on them. What are we supposed to do now?

5th Burner is such a plus!!

Broken burner and oven hardly works

The front left burner is way too high and you can hear the gas coming out of the burner. The oven constantly loses temperature during the cooking process. You’ll hear the oven constantly try to re-ignite and often fails to do so. You think you’ll be cooking something for an hour hour and then you’ll check your oven and the temperature is 115 degrees……such a disappointing product.

Too hot
