Terrible but pretty range

We have had the range for two weeks. I want to love it. Looks great. Oven is awful. Heating element does not come on for several minutes after you start it. Takes forever to preheat. And once it hits the temperature, heat turns off and temp drops. I have to cancel and restart it every 5 minutes to try to cook anything successfully. If you let it go it will drop 100 degrees in about 25 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range was installed Nov 03, 2023 in my new remodeled kitchen. The range is beautiful, operates perfectly and compliments the new kitchen. I recommend this range if you are looking for new kitchen equipment.

Hot microwave handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The front right burner is a large one, and it should be a small one because my kitchenaid microwave is above it and when I cook on that burner it heats up the microwave handle and the handle is HOT to the touch of my hand. That is dangerous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the product is good. It can be improve by reducing the height of the grates from the burners. Another is to provide touch panel lock to avoid start of the stove by un-intension touching of the touch panel.

DO NOT BUY

The worst experience I have ever had with an appliance. My oven has been broken for 6 out of the 8 months I have owned it. Had it repaired 4 times and the entire electrical system replaced in the stove. It never gets it to an accurate temp and I have never been able to bake a single thing in this oven. I am calling Kitchenaide again to complain and have a tech come out. DO NOT BUY!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon delivery of the stove, the bottom drawer was broken. The store sent someone to fixit but it still seems weak and flimsy. I had a whirlpool stove for 15 years and never had any problems. Very disappointed with kitchen aid. Bought all new appliances, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, 3 of 4 appliances had issues.
