[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove was a lemon unfortunately. It is a beautiful range, however the simmer burner would not work properly. The tech came 5 times within 4 months to try to solve the problem. Everything worked but that burner. It is true stainless so cleaning it when oil splatters isn’t a problem just a bit time consuming when it gets on the front of the range. I found the knobs felt cheap for the price of the unit. I wish it worked, we switched for a Maytag and loving that one so much!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cut your cooking time

It bakes beautifully. You get a nice golden brown on your goodies.
The only thing I would change is the drawer. Can only store small things in it.

It’s a Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this stove less then a year ago & since it arrived the front left burner is difficult to light. It takes a long time for the igniter to catch the gas. 2 of the knobs on the front have a lot of friction when turning & are difficult to turn. We do like the 5th burner in the middle & the locking feature of the panel on the front

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfactory. This replaced a Kitchenaid gas range owned for 20 years which we really liked. Cooktop surface arrived pitted (was eventually replaced). Storage drawer has a slight left to right slope which service technician said cannot be fixed. This was purchased along with Kitchenaid dishwasher and Kitchenaid refrigerator, also replacing existing Kitchenaid products. Would have to look at competitor's products for any future purchases. Overall sense was that brand quality and workmanship isn't what it used to be

We had issues with the convection not working properly first year which took almost 6 months to repair.
Now that range appears to function we are happy with it, like the look and layout.
One thing I do not like is that you have to turn stove off to change oven temp when needed during the cooking time process
