Nice unit but …

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice features and quality is top notch. Fit and finish what you’d expect from Kitchen Aid. However brand new unit needed oven temp calibration correction of 25+ degrees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Igniter goes in and out I’ve only had it for 6 weeks the griddle stains and collects dust easily not easy to clean

Oven doesn't work

Great except,...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had ordered a french door range and it didn't work out. This was the only range in stock and I love the different features on it. Since it was new I jokingly said no one can use it, I want to keep it new. So about a week later while wiping dust off of it I see an inch or more scrap on the right side edge, middle. The box it came in was perfect and my family installed it neither of them noticed this dent and I didn't either. Range is flush to my granite countertop and granite is fine. So I am not as pleased with the "new" dented range. It has a black top and seemed to have had something covering the dent. It was over a week, so did not contact the store, no way to prove we didn't do it but believe me something heavy made that dent and It must have come from manufacturer that way, as it had never been opened at the store. Very disappointed. Don't know how to add photos to this computer, but would love to hear from someone.

Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range was already installed in a new house we just moved into and it's been ok. The gas burners work great - no complaints there. The gas oven on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. You can't set the oven for what it calls for in a recipe because it won't cook the dish completely. EX: If it calls for 20 min. at 400 degrees, I have to set it for 25 min. at 420. For some reason, it doesn't cook dishes very well, thus the increased time and temperature. We're getting it done, but it's a bit of a guessing game each time...

30 inch slide in 5 burner range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought it a month ago. I am very pleased with my purchase. The grates are heavy duty and easy to clean. The knobs are also easy to clean. The burners have a good range from high to simmer.
