Great Looking Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting to purchase this and the fridge for a few months. I have to say I am disappointed. I have had it for a month. First week I cooked on stove top, had something in oven. The panel where the knobs to control heat was extremely hot to touch. I would not want small children any where near the range. I immediately called the store I purchased and they said this was normal. There was nothing wrong. I must have opened the oven door too many times. I may return it. I thought maybe the seal around the oven was off. The knobs and front panel get hot with just top of range cooking
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good cooking features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range a month ago. Stove top is great. The oven is harder to clean. It had some baked on grease on the bottom of the oven. Took more elbow grease to remove. My experience told me to clean more frequently. It doesn’t take as long and doesn’t get as hot as self cleaning ovens. I do think it is better. Just have to stay on top of cleaning

The top and front

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top and front gets so hot you can hardly touch the stove. I have a repair man coming tomorrow to look at the stove. Don’t think the oven keeps the right temperature.

The oven temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this end of October and the first time I used the oven I got an error message saying oven temp sensor open or shorted to call service. I called sevice and after more than 70 minutes gave up and submitted an online report. They sent someone out to fix it but he came and said he needed to order a part(not sure why he didn’t bring the part my report gave the info on the error message so you would think he would be prepared to replace it) He came on 12/6/2022 and replaced the sensor. The following day I was baking and got the same message and contacted the person who came out and he confirmed he would come out 2 days later but on that day we get a call saying he was I’ll and will be back on 12/27. I would NOT recommend this product. Oven not operating on Thanksgiving and now not on Christmas when I’m cooking for 20 people. This has been a stressful experience.

Great oven

Great gas stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a house ten years ago with an electric stove. With electricity so high in California we decided to purchase a gas one. We are so so glad we did! Cooking takes less time and tastes better. We love the look of this stove also.

Love my range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful stove. A couple thoughts: wish there was a light near the knobs indicating when a burner is on. When selecting auto convection option (#1), the oven turns off when timer ends; so you have to select the non/automatic option (#2) to keep the oven on for additional cooking time. Now that I figured that put, all is good!
