Aqua lift does not clean

I loved the love of this oven, but quickly realized that the cleaning technology does not work. There is no “lift” of soiled food and it is not easy to clean. If I had to buy another range it would not be one without a solid cleaning cycle. I have put in serious elbow grease to get out fresh spills and it will NOT come off. I am highly disappointed in this system. I am aware that I should not use cleaning products on the over, but I will have no other choice.

Great Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range was part of a complete remodel of our kitchen, with all KitchenAid appliances. This is a great stove, the oven is excellent. The convection and steam bake options are awesome.
The cook top is good, however the burner controls are not what we expected. The ability to turn the front and center burners to a true simmer is terrible, even at the lowest setting, there is much too much heat for a true simmer. KitchenAid needs to recalibrate these burners and controls.

Excitement turned to disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooked Thanksgiving Turkey in my brand new oven. After 4 hours and the thermometer showing 170 degrees the inside was still raw. The temperature does not appear to be right and it cooked muffins unevenly. The front by the knobs gets very hot to the touch when in use. Trying to get in touch with them or the tech they are sending out you better clear your calendar to sit on hold. As I shared my experience with friends, they all had trouble with their KitchenAid appliance. I’ve always purchased Whirlpool and had good experiences. Not sure if problems are a sign of the times or a company that has changed values. Hope they fix the oven and I can start cooking again.
