Great stove for breads. Love the proofing cycle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like making breads and rolls. The proofing cycle and tools make this oven a dream to use. I worked in a bakery for several years and this works just like the proofing box unit I was used to. BTW...this is our second stove of this model and purchased intentionally after using the first one in our previous home.

Burner flutters

Impossible to schedule service online since there are no appointments available. I'm waiting to hear back from them. Obviously, I will have to call back again. NNow i'm getting junk emails. Not impressed. Good luck if your appliance has problems

Good, not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad to find a stove in stock. Was looking for a self clean oven and this is NOT! You out water in the oven turn it on and it loosens the grim but you still have to manually go in and wipe it out.
The rack are very tight and squeal when pulling in and out, they don't pull out smoothly, they jerk along. The gas knobs are preset to HML they are not graduated when adjusting the flames, not great for cooking control, no medium high or ability to adjust flame in between. There is a binary choice to recommend, I don't know if I would, but would give the caveats.
