Need to redesign

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellence range, but I think they need to redesign the range. Who would in a right mind to put the display on top? when you cook, the food will make the display dirty. Any time we want to take a look at the time or temperature, we need to go over the range and look from the top!!! It's seem like the designer(s) never cook!!!

Great cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this stove initially based on looks, but I couldn’t love it more. I love the touchpad controls for the oven. But everything cooks so evenly both on the stove and in the oven. It doesn’t take long to preheat or switch between oven functions either. We are so pleased with this purchase.

Good Stove, not cat proof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am mostly satisfied with the stove. The oven door if sturdy, and the metal on top is super sturdy, however the knobs are plastic and feel a little light and cheap. Also, because the panel is flat on the top of the stove, it was very easy for my cats to operate the buttons. You can hold down the start button for 3 seconds to lock the buttons, but the cats quickly figured out that they could unlock by standing on the start button, and they find the beeping sounds the buttons make very interesting. For now, I have to keep something heavy over the panel, because we had a couple instances when they started the oven in the middle of the night.

need to exchange

Uneven cooking, unable to cook a whole chicken in 1 hr 20 mins. Couldn't brown or crisp french fries in 40 mins. Burners needed adjustment as they would flame out on simmer. Service calls were bad as techs wouldn't trouble shoot the oven, they told us we don't know how to cook or that's 'just how the oven works.' Very slow for new parts to be ordered, ended up getting a new oven on exchange.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great range with a few quirks
