stove top burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this stove about three months ago. The product works fine but it is HORRIBLE to clean. You have to take off the two heavy grills, then remove the burner caps and also the burner posts to clean. You cannot clean it without removing all of these items or they all move around and come off anyway. You cannot get the streak marks/smudges off the stove top when cleaning, even with special clearer. It scratches extremely easily. I used a paper towel to clean off the spray on the display panel and it scratched it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Odd Burner Placement

We’ve had this range for a couple of years. Overall it’s performed as expected. Oven cleaning is very easy. Range top cleaning on stainless steel is tricky. My biggest complaint though is the burner placement. I can’t figure out why both of the small burners are in back. Not something we gave a second thought to when we selected it, but in use it proves to be very inconvenient.

Great stove top and oven!

Pretty but......

The range is beautiful. After using these are a couple issues I am encountering and will continue to have to deal with for the life of the range:
When the oven is on, the knobs become almost hot to touch. I often use the burners and oven at the same time.
The grates:
First - they interlock in an unfunctional manner.
Second - they are rough and get lint on when trying to clean and it is impossible to get off so they look dirty/fuzzy.

Time will tell, as of now I would not recommend this range due to what I consider possible safety and clean ability flaws.

somewhat dissappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my previous kitchen aid gas slide in convection range, and ordered this one. I am somewhat disappointed, that it did not slide in like the previous one, and that it actually is deeper than the previous one, therefore it sticks out past my cabinets.
