Less than a year and Oven does not work

I Bought this in 2019 and by 2020 our oven does not work and we can't get it serviced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful & Functional

I bought this oven a year ago, and I love it! I do a lot of cooking and baking and the even heat is great. I proof dough in half the time. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Husbamd had paper instructions on stovetop and reached for microwave and it lit and caught paper on fire. Had a cabinet guy work on cabinets and he accidentally lit it three times. Had to put protectors on it which knobs just fall off. Bad design. Wipe stove and all buttons turn on. You

Love my KitchenAid Gas Slide In Convection Range

This one heats and boils water much faster. I love the way it cooks the meat in the oven and overall look of the appliance in my new kitchen.

New Gas Range

We've been in our new home for less than 3 months. We had this home built and chose to have KitchenAid applicances. We've used KA for years. The range is great but the wish the builder had given us the option for the one with the baking drawer. Also, less than 3 months and we're having to schedule a service call. The oven stopped heating, the gas is not igniting to heat the oven :(. Very frustrating for less than 3 months of use.

One major disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the new range after three weeks. However the legends for the burner control knobs are rapidly disappearing. We will spend the next five years trying to remember which knob goes with which burner!
