Not as good as my old range

The aqua lift doesn’t clean. Water stains cannot be cleaned on ceramic top. Convection roast doesn’t show preheat so you don’t know when the desired temperature has been reached. So much heat comes out from the oven door that the cabinets next to the range, and the oven door itself is very hot to touch. IMO the door isn’t installed properly but repairman said it was ok. Same with convection roast, no preheat. Also SS stains badly. You would think a range made today would be as well made or better than the one i purchased 17 years ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, Eyeem! We are genuinely sorry to learn that your Gas Slide-In Convection Range with the model number (KSGG700ESS) has issues since it was purchased. You are reporting the aqua lift does not clean thoroughly. Water stains cannot be removed on the ceramic top. Convection roast does not show preheat, so you do not know when the desired temperature has been reached. Excited about New Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very functional range and it looks super modern. It definitely makes my kitchen look magnificent (no joke!). One downside is that because of of a front control panel (which also looks very nice) it is 3-4 inches deeper than your usual range and it't sticking 3-4 inches out from all my kitchen cabinets. The sides are black and not stainless steel, so this takes away a lot from the look.
