Love the idea of the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved into a new home with this range installed. I read the user guide and tried running the oven at 400 degrees for 30 min. but it never got up to the temp. Then I realized it was set for celcius vs farenheight. I adjusted that but then it wouldn't come up to 350 degrees and the broiler didn't work. I'm still waiting on a repair person. Thankfully the cook top works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this about a month ago because my older range stopped working just a few months before the holidays. We all love this range! It is so easy to use, the oven heats quickly and the convection feature bakes and roasts perfectly....actually they make me look like a professional! All this and it is beautiful! The sleek design and combination of black stainless and silver accents is eye catching to say the least! We had new granite counts installed along with subway tile, every contractor that came in and to check out this range and the matching microwave! It is a star!
