Unfortunately ten years fridge is made worst

I replace my old fridge with the identical one except ten years latter Everything is cheaper on the new one compared to the old one Only complaint about old one is only lasted TEN YEARS New one is so much cheaper made Very disappointed in Amana/Whirlpool and their drop in quality Also in performance new one have to have on setting 4. Where old fridge was setting 3 and temperature varies on new one
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Frig!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace my old refrigerator with freezer on top, it's bigger than I had before, but I really am adapting easily to it. I wish there were a lock to keep the grandkids out of the freezer for getting their pops and MY chocolate.

Replacement for 24 Year Old Amana

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We placed our "old" Amana bottom freezer refrigerator with the same brand and configuration . The new one does not have a swing out freezer door with storage which I miss. The dividers in the drawers in the freezer were hard to remove. I went on youtube.com and watched a video and basically had to break the dividers to get them out. Once that was done, we loaded the freezer and refrigerator and are back in business. I hope that the new Amana lasts as long as the old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator online based on the excellent rating it received from Consumer Reports. It works very well, but I have some minor design criticisms. The freezer drawers pull out easily, but I've discovered that, if you are not careful, items can fall out the back of the drawer when it is extended, and fall on the bottom of the freezer. I found it very difficult to retrieve the fallen items! Also there are no stops on the vegetable bins, so it's too easy to pull the drawers completely out of the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ABB2224BRB arrived 4/3/2021 Very roomy inside frig & freezer. Recommended settings for both were "4" but had to increase freezer to "5" for ice cream to be frozen solid. Removed our older Amana frig to garage; this new frig was the same size (height & width) but wouldn't fit under our cabinets because it was "slightly bowed" at the top instead of flat! We had to shave off the 2 cabinets for it to fit into our space !! This was a manufacturing issue. Otherwise, love this bottom freezer Amana refrigerator.

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate to be negative, but I have never had a noisy refrigerator before. Several times a day, often for more than an hour at a time, I will hear the refrigerator running, even when I’m in my living room. My visiting son thought we were having a wind storm.
A service representative, from the store where I purchased it, will be out to evaluate later this month. Hopefully it can be corrected.
