[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first refrigerator didn't get cold at all when we received it. It was hot weather and we lost a lot of food before they could deliver another one 3 days later. The replacement runs great and the shelving is convenient and we are happy with it. The only problem with the freezer is that the dividers are not moveable. That would have helped a lot. Overall happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased Amana because I already have a dishwasher by the same brand and I loved, not only the price, but the quality. The upside down fridge (as I like to call it) is great for my height. I never liked the side by side fridges because I could never put large items in them. This style of fridge lets me place substantial containers or trays without having to worry how it's going to fit.
But the most significant thing about it is that I don't have to bend over killing my back looking for items and there is less chance of forgetting food shoved in the back of the fridge. The style plus the price of this brand make me love my fridge!

For years I envied my cousin's fridge top/freezer bottom refrigerator and said "one day I shall have one too"! Well, the first one we bought was for our daughter last year and this year it was my turn. The decision was perfect especially for someone who has back problems and now my husband had surgery which meant lots more home cooked meals and lots of ices for treats....chocolate Italian ices is what he craved after his surgery. Not having to bend down constantly in search of food and having everything at eye level for regular food preparation has been wonderful and a true blessing.
