[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd ice maker in 23 years. They seem to last 10 - 12 years before needing replacement. This 2016 model is noisier and puts out more heat than the previous models. Still a must have item in our household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They put in the ice maker and a week later I had no ice and the inside was very hot. Called for service and the fan was no good and they replaced it a week later. Of course I bought it to have for a very large party that week and so had to buy ice. It was fixed for the next Xmas Eve dinner. Not what I wanted to happen - but it is quiet and does work now.
