I received two cases direct from otterbox that didn't even work right out of the box and then the third case i received only worked for 5 days and then quit. Don't recommend at all

I tried to plug in the standard headphone set of the iiPhone 5 into the extension. It doesn't plug in completely and therefore the steering via the switch one the Headset. It seems that the extension-socket is to short.

My Otterbox battery case lasted only 3 weeks before it broke. I paid more for this product because it was an Otterbox. I expected OTterbox quality, but did not get anything close.
Cons: Low quality, Not durable, flimsy

I would say it does a recharge once you tell it to. also there is no screen protector built in or rubber over the case for protection. when charging it get hot also.

Does not include front cover. Kind of like purchasing 4 locks for your front door but leaving the hinges disconnected. Really, I shouldn't have to make two purchases to fully protect my iPhone.

It is very nice that you don't have to lug a charger around, however if you do drop it the top comes off and the top case didn't seal completely to the bottom, I dropped my phone from the counter to the kitchen floor on accident and the button you use to recharge cracked, still works but cracked. When I use the recharge button it does cjharge "200%". For example, if my phone is on 17% it will go to 34% and stop charging she the night before I charged it completely.
Pros: charges okay
Cons: Not durable
