I bought this for my teenager because I was so tired of him "forgetting" to charge his phone, and his battery would be drained by the time school let out. Then he'd be at sports practice with no way to recharge. This Resurgence case has been a godsend; fully charged, it nearly doubles the phone's battery time. And it has a sleek, attractive design. I was hesitant to order it because it is a bit expensive, but it has turned out to be worth every penny. Highly recommend for those who want to make the investment.

I love this case. It is stylish, sturdy, protects my phone and the extra battery power comes in handy on a daily basis. Only cons is needing the adapter cord to plug into headphones. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. The case + the alpha glass are worth it.

I like the case but....

I bought this a few weeks ago, I like it but the volume button is a pain to mess with like I'll try to turn it up and it turns my volume all the way down. But I'm getting the remote headphones to see if that helps. Great product :)

Doesn't work

I bought this for my daughter and the volume wouldn't work or the power buttons, I called customer service and I payed shipping for a new one that still doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointed

I was very disappoined with my purchase. Comes with a smooth case versus rubbery case. Very slippery! Also no screen protector. I currently have the otterbox which I love. Think I'll stay with that as they missed the mark on this one

Great power and protection case

I love the Resurgence case for the Iphone 5/5s. Very durable and worth the price for a battery case. Easy to hold but a little slippery but i can deal with that. Also you can use the case to sync with Itunes as well. Can charge up the Iphone in minutes.

The resurgence power case is simply awesome. Easy to use and set up. The sleek and very smooth design makes it easy to slide my iPhone 5 in & out of my back pocket. The USB cord charges both the phone and power case. The charging automatically stops when both the phone and power case is charged to 100%. I am very happy with this purchase and won't have to worry about battery power on long days when I am not able to re-charge my phone.
Pros: High quality, Durable, sleek and smooth, provides ample battery power for long days
