This product is wonderful for fixing your low battery issues. The case needs some work when it comes to vibration mode as it rattles pretty loud if on a hard surface only. The case can be scratched easily but still offers that otterbox protection that gives me piece of mind that My phone will survive being dropped.

I think this is a decent case except every time I charge the phone in the case, it seems to provide less battery charging the next day. The first day or two I charged it, when I had to go to the backup charger it went to 100%. The next time it went to 93 and today it only went to 83%. Also you cant operate the volume keys through the case very well. Probably sending this back. One last thing, its a little slick and slips out of your hand unlike the other otterbox cases.

Cons: cant use volume keys, doesnt charge consistently, case too slick and slips out of hand

Rugged, back up battery works well and lasts quite a long time. My only complaint is that there is integrated screen protector. I bought a sapphire glass cover for mine and it fit order the snap on cover quite well. OtterBox should provide something similar..

I like the new Resurgence case I recently purchased. It does get very warm when I use it to charge my phone which is a little bit annoying. Also, there isn't a belt holster for it but my old Mophie holster works perfect. The Mophie I used to have would block my signal quite a bit but this Otterbox doesn't do that.

Love the product concept and implementation. Only 1 flaw that I wish could be changed and that is now all my Apple Lightning to USB Cables are useless. This case comes with a Mini-USB connector and although a Mini-USB cable is included with case all my existing Lightning Cables (PS Sync, Vehicles, Bed Side Night Stand, Office) will have to be replaced. Not sure why the standard Lightning connector wasn't used since it's already inside the case to adapt case to iPhone.

Cons: failure to use the apple lightning to usb cable

Everything about this product is almost perfect. Had to replace the cover twice and the entire package once before everything worked properly. The buttons on the side wouldn't line up. As always Otter Box backed there product up until everything worked. For some reason they changed the port to charge the battery. Instead of leaving it an iPhone port they changed it to a mini USB port. It will still connect to the computer and you can sync it no problem, but it wont be able to connect to any other of your other iPhone devices unless you take it out of the battery case. It is also very slippery. I miss the rubber coating. I'm guessing you can't use it because of the heat that is generated while it is charging the phone but it made me feel much safer about my phone with the rubber cover on it. Maybe you could add some rubber, strategically placed so at lease we could get a better grip on it. Also I don't know why I had to purchase a screen cover when I see no reason why they couldn't add one to the cover.

Am a new user (2 months plus ) of the OtterBox Resurgence case. I can say it is the best so far compared to other brands in d market. It charges and syncs phone via just a SINGLE USB cable. Cable is solid strong and firmly adherent to iPhone.
Looking for a back-up charger and a firm protector for your cute iPhone 5 OR 6, like a 2 in 1, I must say this is a good pick.

Phone case may be warm to touch while on Lithium charge, but thats fine for a couple of mins. Speakers are crispy clear, side buttons are touch sensitive and dirts don't lurk around crevices.
Overall, I'ld recommend this to anyone who wants juice-on-the-go for their phones, yet preserving the user-friendliness of the iphone. Did I forget to mention the add-on 3.5mm jack,..thats so cute.
