We are not that crazy about the fridge

We do not like the top shelf. The controls in the middle prevent you from putting tall containers in and out. We are just not that crazy about the fridge.

new refrigerator

I bought this unit and I am disappointed. I had and appointment for a service call 1 month into purchase. It cannot be balanced it makes all kinds of noise. The refrigerator door was adjusted until it closed but the freezer will not close. Overall the operation and the issues with this unit Make my family and me disappointed.

Larger freezer

I bought this refrigerator three months ago. Initially, the freezer compartment kept forming ice and required service. The freezer door had to be replaced before it operated properly. The freezer is large, but doesn't have a necessary light. The refrigerator works well ,but shares a single thermostat control with the freezer ,and because of the larger freezer, the fridge compartment is smaller than I'd like.

This refrigerator has no light in the freezer and the light in the refrigerator is not very bright , I assume this is because it is an LED bulb. A water dispenser is not available for this model so that is another disappointment.All the shelves are one piece so you cannot adjust the shelves and limits the space available.

Freezer has had ice on the back since day one, No separate control.Shelves do not allow for tall things. I needed this for specific height and width but am so disappointed overall.

Deliveried Nov 23 2016 fan need to be replaced before a month old. GE was quick to come out and address problem. Also called to check it was fixed. Service was great. Still is very loud when motors start. Louder than any fridg I have ever had. Design inside is not great not a lot of shelf options.
