Not worth the space it takes up in my kitchen

Flimsy question mastic prices on the door break, sending your condiments crashing to the floor. Has happened multiple occasions, replaced most of the door, 4 months later, down she goes. Freezer is small as well, not big enough for a family of 6.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent appliance - with only 2 exceptions

I just got this new refrigerator yesterday and love it so far, with 2 exceptions. I was surprised that the freezer section has no light. I also noticed that every time I close the fridge door, the freezer down pops open just a bit and then closes again. This doesn't seem like the most energy-efficient-friendly design. Other than that, I like the design of the refrigerator section - plenty of storage and well thought out too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty bare bones fridge. No freezer light or temp control. The fridge light is pretty dim. Im assuming the control in the fridge regulate both. It does haave a nice sice frezzer. Not much in the way of changing door shelves, but the are wide.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do hate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the refrigerator, dislike the lack of freezer light and separate temperature control (the temperature control you mention does indeed regulate both the fresh food and freezer sections), feel the light in the fresh food section isn’t bright enough and the door shelves aren’t adjustable enough. We regret any inconvenience caused. But we are glad you like the capacity of the freezer and the width of the door shelves. GE Refrigerator is Junk

I purchased a new GE refrigerator and had it installed 8/02/2022 and within a week it stopped working. I had long ice cycles hanging in the freezer where it would stop running, the ice would melt, then it would kick on for a little while refreezing the dripping ice. I had to wait over 2 weeks for a GE Tech to come out for 10 mins, telling me nothing was wrong. I had 2 more service calls with the same GE Tech and never fixed the problem. Now my refrigerator does not work at all. It was purchased new 4..5 months ago. GE product is junk and service repairs are worse.

Would not recommend

The freezer shelf keeps falling out of the holes. Only use if you want to catch stuff falling out when you open the door.
The wheels for moving it are pathetic. It is tearing up my flooring.
Worst refrigerator I have ever owned.
