This refrigerator was a huge disappointment.

My previous 18 yr. old fridge was replaced by this one. Huge disappointment. No light in freezer. No ice cube trays or ice bucket. Difficult to take out shelves for cleaning. Not able to raise or lower shelves. Difficult to place or get items from the top shelf due to the temp. control in the middle . Because shelves do not slide in or out, it is difficult to reach items in the back of shelf. Cannot compare in ease or accessibility to my former fridge. New is not always better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

had older model 4 only 6 months and was serviced about 8 pr 9 times.this is a replacement one. The measurements r bigger then what they say, the other fridge fit perfect, but was a Lemmon .on this one my door doesn't open all the way, can't fit most things on shelf, only light in back of fridge, not even one ice tray, had dent on side, top shelf can't use middle cause of the long light piece . I could go on n on, will never purchase another G.E. Product

Smooth running and beautiful

Working fine on its first 24 hour of service, quiet operation, freezer and refriguerator on perfect coolness balance. Beautiful inside and outside. My concern is that I am a medium tall person, and yet have to allways bend to reach items in the refrigerator portion.
I would recommend this to a friend!
