Lost all food twice on new refrigerator. No light bulb in replacement unit after second failure.

Poor design

We regret purchasing this product and wish we could turn back the clock, as we are now stuck with a refrigerator that has a poor design for our needs. We rarely use the top freezer because we focus on fresh foods, but the freezer occupies the most important space directly in front of the user and it is huge. To get what we need in the refrigerator, we have to bend down low, which is hard to do because we are both in our 70's. We have to reach deep to get anything because the shelves are recessed, due to the oversized shelves on the door. The hydrator bins are smaller than we are accustomed to, again because of the oversized door shelves. We have to avoid bumping our heads on the freezer unit, including the handle, as we come up. We have to reach around the thermostat which is situated in the most ridiculous position--right in the middle front of the top shelf instead of on the side or back of the fridge. If only we could return this product and get one more suitable for our needs.

Delivered on Nov. 20th, stopped working on Dec. 10th. Parts to repair aren’t available till Feb. 3rd.
