I followed the directions, I was unable to write on the screen in the little box, this was my 2 try with this pda I just didn't like it at all, I'll stick with a notes.....I returned the item also, still no credit on my creditcard.....
What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: nothing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: This product is one of the easiest handhelds I've seen. I sync it with my Outlook calendar and always know where I'll be going next. I also like that it synchronizes the contacts, so I don't have to add them separately. It's great for lists and reminders also. I keep a running grocery list with me at all times. It a great product with a great price.
What's not so great: This product doesn't sync with Outlook Web Access which is a problem for me since I work remotely.
I would recommend this to a friend!
