This is my first smart phone and I have to say I'm impressed. I have found it very user friendly and, since I use Windows 10 on my laptop, find it very convenient that it syncs with my existing Windows account. If you like windows you'll love this phone. I should also add that I'm a basic user, not onto social media, etc. This phone suits my needs in every way.

I have had this phone for a little over a month, and I LOVE IT! the 5.0 screen is perfect, and the build of the hardware is great. The camera is also better than I expected! I have not had any issues, and yes, there is a huge app gap between android and iOS, but I have all the apps I need.

Love tho phone was with metro who offers no windows phone except the 521 which I had this phone was what I wanted so switch to cricket the windows os is better to me the android or ios I've used both the phone is solid everything is easy to use I recommend this for anyone looking to get a new phone and we all know lack of apps Microsoft is working on it in windows 10 give it time

I was uneasy about going with Windows Phone. After many reviews online and playing with the phone in store. I bought the phone and I am very happy. I use Office 365 for alot of what I do at my job so it fits my home and work life just fine. Good Job on this one Microsoft. Thank you. Looking forward to Windows 10!!

I truly love my Lumia. I has so many features that I still haven't tried them all. I have been using android phones for several years and the Lumia has truly advanced the wireless industry.

I love this phone so much, and I took really great photos, very simple to use, feels very comfortable, very loud speaker, no lag or bug, and great battery life.

Switching over from a blackberry q10, I am quite impressed with this keyboard. It's the first time I've ever said that about a touch screen keyboard. I have tried Android and IOS and think they are ok, but this phone just "clicks" with me. The camera is a little bit confusing at first, but just keep trying... the photos come out great! All of the apps i need are available in the store, and the battery life is great. I ordered the flip open Microsoft case, and am looking forward to trying it out. Take an hour or two to set this phone up right and you will not regret your purchase!

good upgrade

If you're on t mobile using the 635 this is an improvement its faster better battery life camera has a flash and a front camera I definitely recommend to anyone wanting an upgrade from the 635.
