worst phone I've ever had. No good features. How is it android has documents to go or word to go but this Phone, whom is powered by windows doesn't.

Always searching for data and unable to find data, poor email operations, even with strong signals. Apps are average to below average. Pain in the gluteous for my business use. All in all, the Android I gave up because I was told this was a better phone, was far superior.

Why is so slow? Why does this have good reviews? I am the only one really using the phone or what? The phone is super slow, takes for ever to send a video on whatapp and the app needs to be open to send the video, takes time to open facebook, takes time to open WhatsApp. I came from an Android phone and I just did a mistake changing for this phone. All the apps are so different from android and that's if they exist for this phone. Why do people likes this phone? I bought it based on reviews but big mistake. Only good is the camera and price. If I can I will return it. I can't even copy this text!!!!

I have tried everything, switched from Android to this, horrible... I'm going to buy new asap!! Wont send or receive picture messages!!!

What a nightmare!

I have never wanted to break a phone in a frustration rage as much as this thing. What a complete nightmare. Even writing this review has been so difficult. Nothing respond well in this phone. Browsing the internet, texting, apps and the joke of its GPS has become a fearful torture. It tries to be so smart that it comes ridiculous instead. What a waste of money. It can never reach the simplicity of an android. I will return as soon as I can afford a new phone and be so thankful for its existence. This is what I get for wanting to try new things. One thing is for sure: I am never buying a Microsoft phone again.

Freezes up alot. sound just stopped working. camera is junk . Won't link with blue tooth. Wont let me do anything because its always trying to reconnect to the network. This phone hates being a so called smart device

1. Facebook birthdays get blocked cna not be seen even after restart
2. Upload photo from phone to Facebook does not work
3. Video player does not work, bs player does not offer support on windows phone
4. Lock screen does not work
5. Office can not be activated
6. Attchemnt can not be seen on yahoo mail at all
