[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is cheap considering the price tag. The doors don't solidly shut--they feel light and cheaply made. The drawers inside do not run smoothly on their track--they get tweaked left or right and do not shut properly. There is not much room in this fridge but it works. The ice machine doesn't hold very much ice for how much space it takes up. It doesn't even have the option to crush ice! The fridge also does not have an alert if the door is left open. You cannot lock the ice/water dispenser, so our small children can freely play with ice and water. Extremely disappointed with this fridge for the price we paid.

Took 3 weeks to get any response on having it picked up and new product delivered . The answer was a flat no. Told they do not take back products once in your home. Long/short it was repaired. Did get a response from CEO after writing a letter. I spent $6,200.00 on appliances receiving a damaged refrigerator . Kitchenaid will never get my business again.
