[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator recently, although works great. Personally space is a issue as it is abit small. However looks and performs well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator/freezer has a low capacity (20 cu ft), but it is just right for our needs. The advantage to a smaller capacity is that food never gets lost in the back, spoiling before we can use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] looks great and very functional. Designed to fit the space provided but offers all the features of larger models. Interior layout is excellent and provides easy access to all your items. Highly recommend!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the way this product looked but I was unsure if it would hold all my stuff. The interior is a great combination of form & function. The door handles had me at, "open". Sure, you have to be ready like a shortshop to keep the ice from hitting the floor, but who cares when your refrigerator looks like this.

Decent quality, pretty poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll preface this by saying that I did not choose this refrigerator (it was included with the house we bought). Had I chosen I would have still gotten the same style, but would not have gone for the in door ice/water dispenser.
Anyway, the refrigerator itself seems like very good quality. It is well lit on the inside. The ice maker is incredibly fast (unbelievably so). It runs silently. And while I have only owned it for about 6 months, there have been no major issues to date.
My problem with it, however, is the design. There really isn't a lot of practical room in the fridge. This is mainly due to the shelf support brackets that come way down. This breaks up the shelf areas into small areas which limits where you can put items. But perhaps the biggest limitation is that the ice maker/bin, which is actually inside the refrigerator part due to its bottom freezer layout, takes up a TON of room, and considering the ice bin itself is actually very small, it just doesn't seem worth it. The maker/bin takes up 9 1/2 inches of width and 11 1/2 inches of height all the way from the front to the rear of the unit on the left side. This is almost 2/3rds of the width of the left side!
Now as I said, I would not have chosen this particular style if I had to choose. I would have much preferred a standard ice maker in the freezer without a dispenser. But be that as it may, if you are considering this unit, be aware of how much space the ice maker consumes.
The other fault I have with it is the ice dispenser itself. First it does not funnel the cubes down into the glass at all, rather it spews them outwards. And when you pull your glass away, it always emits another several cubes. I have gotten used to putting my cup up as far as possible when dispensing, but there is no avoiding cubes flying out when you pull your glass away, and invariably I end up with several cubes on the floor. I can't believe this actually passed design reviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
