Good, except for the knocking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased all new KA appliances for our kitchen remodel. We have had KA appliances for over 20 years and have had no problems at all. I was kind of disappointed in the size. The outer dimensions were the same size as our 26 cu. ft. refrigerator, but the new one is only 20 cu. ft. Otherwise, the refrigerator works well, like the door open warning, as the doors don't close as well as our old refrigerator. The ice maker works well, it just doesn't dispense very well. The most annoying thing is the knocking. When closing the refrigerator or freezer door, it is almost guaranteed that the appliance starts knocking. Then we open and close the door again and it stops. Overall, its not bad, but nothing special.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ZERO STARS IS NOT POSSIBLE. I have had this refrigerator for one month. The ice maker is in need of replacement and the parts are back ordered FOR AT LEAST 3 WEEKS.
It is not holding its temperature so it is not usable.
The water line was turned off but it is leaking water everywhere, it has leaked so much water the lower freezer door is frozen shut and I can't get it open. The water dripping is so bad I have hard water deposits on the door of the unit.
Do not waste your money.

So far we are pleased. The icemaker is small and there's no option for crushed ice. You would definitely need to buy ice or make some ahead if having a party.
It has taken some time to get accustom to the storage of items with the counter depth. The holidays could be a challenge. It's not a refrig for a larger family.
