[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of reasons to not love this product. The seam along the top canes separated with caulk or something seeping out. The specs on how far you need space wise to open the left door was wrong. It opens 100 degrees but that doesn't allow access to ice maker and makes one drawer awkward. Noisier than promoted. Difficult to get room for bottles of milk lets up or soft drinks to stand upright. Tight for head of lettuce to fit in crisper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month and a half ago and am very happy with the appearance of the fridge and usable space inside for a counter depth fridge. Ice tends to want to spit out on the floor if my cup opening is not quite large which is a bit frustrating but most unfortunately the ice maker randomly quits working for a day or two and starts up again. The geek squad is putting in a new ice maker tomorrow to see if that helps.

The water dispenser lip is very narrow and quite close to the dispenser of ice and water. The dispenser works well, you just have to angle the glasses to fill it. I am quite surprised at how much can be stored in both the refrigeration and freezer sections.

1. The bottom freezer door won't close. That's right. They're sending replacement rails - but everything is supposed to be new! And now I don't have frozen food for at least another week.
2. Even worse - fridge can't control temp. The temp setting on LCD is always on 33 degrees, but I've placed two independent thermostats in the fridge, it sometimes gets up to 48 degrees! Dangerous temp, half my food is spoiled, and most of the time I don't even know it until I taste. See photo.
In short - stay away from this or any other Kitchen Aid refrigerator
