[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of the fridge, however the design of the shelves is very impractical. The shelf supports are diagonal such that they are bigger at the back of the fridge, making it impossible to have long items in the back, or things like boxes or bowls or containers at the back of the fridge. It works just fine, and the big deli drawer is a good size; the freezer on the bottom is also a good size and the drawers in there are nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently replaced all the kitchen appliances with KitchenAid and we're very pleased with our choice. Love the refrigerator with really minor issues. Ice bin is just a little too small. I like the smaller cubes but would like to see an ice crusher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Refrigerator 6 months ago.. I have two issues with it. One, the ice randomly comes out even after you stop dispensing the ice. And 9 times out of 10 it ends up on the floor... I feel like its an old tyme slot machine.
The other issue is 6 months in the compressor went. While Kitchenaid did have someone out within a few days to repair it, I lost about $200 worth of food in the meantime. Which according to KitchenAid they don't have to cover... This is very disappointing, because it was clearly in the first year of ownership and there was nothing I could do to prevent it from happening. I just lost all my food And had to eat out for a few days since I had nothing to keep my food cool. So this little "incident" while the appliance was covered it was probably a $300 bill for me, between the loss of food and having to eat out for 2 days...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
