Screw Detached

I really like this cork screw; good weight, easy to use. However, the screw on my OXO wine opener (cork screw) detached from the pull mechanism as I was uncorking wine. This left the screw in the cork; I had to use pliers to pull out / unscrew it. I very rarely use this wine opener. This could be a hazard as it is completely unexpected that a cork screw would detach when using a wine opener. If the screw did not detach, I would give it 5 stars.
