its a good printer, only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is due to the fact the paper tray holds about half of what the old one held (250 versus 500)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have six of these deployed throughout out organization. For the most part they have been reliable and hard working. However, one we ordered was dead on arrival. The power unit was replaced under warranty and it's been fine since. Another had touch screen issues throughout its life, even after a warranty repair. Unfortunately, the touch screen issue returned about a month after the extended warranty expired. We did replace it with another M570dn, mostly so we can keep using the same toner cartridges.
