Printer exceeds expectations

Easy to set up on a home network and all the software seems to work well over the network. No need to set up as a local printer. Very fast printing and have been very impressed by the quality of color reproduction. Almost photo printer quality if you use high quality paper or photo paper. The printer also shuts down quickly when a job is done so that there is no continued noise. Scanner and copy feed works well and there is easy access to paper trays including the manual feed from tray 1. Have had it only one month but the printer seems well designed and sturdy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Out of box and on time delivery. Set-up was a real breeze. Once on all featureas worked as indicated. Love the scan function. Prints beautifully and does all as promised. No hiccups and a delight to own.

I upgraded from the HP 2550 DN. I had that machine for quite some time, and hope to have this one just as long. I have currently set up everything but the scan to a network drive feature, and was able to free up space by making this my copier and fax machine. It is quiet, easy to plug into the network and get started, and the print quality is great! This machine has given me the ability to do everything from my office in one place (copy, scan, fax, etc.). I would highly recommend it as I have not found a problem yet.

Another positive HP experience

I was nervous about buying this product because there were negative reviews. I have used HP Laser printers in my businesses for nearly 20 years so I went ahead. Printer has been very good - I like the additional features compared with my previous printers (scanning; email). Only (minor) issue is that I needed my IT Support guy to set it up for me; setup is neither easy nor intuitive. But overall works for me very well.

We bought this a month ago and so far she has performed well. Faxes come and go (you can faintly hear the fax tone so that is helpful). Scans are relatively clear, though not as clear as our old Canon ImageRunner. Prints are a hearty black clear font, or in reasonable color.
