[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the same machine for a small medical office and the power failed at 15 months, 3 months out of warranty! The cost of getting qualified tech support to look at the machine and then to purchase and install a new power supply converter (my assessment after working thru the trouble shooting algorithm) I decided to buy the same model again so I can have replacement parts on hand. Maybe this is the definition of insanity, repeating an action expecting a different result.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This HP LaserJet Pro 500 color MFP M570dn is absolutely perfect!!!! Nothing else to say. Power, flawless feed, just perfect. If you need scan production....this is the one!
