Timer issue, Default settings

Would like to know how to set up default values such as ALWAYs select recipe adjust and skip the timer. Would prefer to set the timer when we play the food in the oven rather than when we turn it on to preheat. Real pain in the butt to have to turn the whole thing off and start over, especially with all of those extra steps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have lived in several custom homes. This has been my first with a tradition double oven. Larger than the convection oven (which I did not like) and provides so many options when hosting dinners.

It look very nice and even though we haven't used it a lot, the times that we have used it has done a great job. The controls are easy to use and I really love the larger glass in the door as compared to my older KitchenAid Double wall oven.

I have had the double oven 2 weeks. It took 3 months to get here . It pops and cracks every time I turn it on. Hope that this is normal.
