DO NOT BUY!!!

I am HOPING I can get Kitchenaid to do something about this oven!! The lining is splinttering and cracking!! I have a piece in my hand from trying to clean it. The store where I ordered it sent out a 3rd party repair man to look at it. He contacted Whirlpool on my behalf and it was denied because it is COSMETIC. I have been using this oven for 2 months. I spent over $10k on Kitchenaid appliances for my new house and THIS!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like everything about our new double ovens except that they run very cold and the instructions just say to get used to it. I have had to do a bunch of test batches of baked items that require specific heat settings to figure out how to adjust my recipes. I have baked the same recipes for over 40 years in various ovens of various makes and ages, and I have never had the same issues I am having with these ovens. I will figure it out eventually but it is disappointing.

i've had 2 of these oven within 6 weeks and the inside lining splintered off into the oven on both of them. it's plastic.

Trouble with my oven

Have this oven 7 months and baked all of my receipts cookies cakes beautifully. Last week tried to bake my usual receipes and all four were overdone outside not baked inside?Is the oven broken?KOCE500ESS04

Timer issue, Default settings

Would like to know how to set up default values such as ALWAYs select recipe adjust and skip the timer. Would prefer to set the timer when we play the food in the oven rather than when we turn it on to preheat. Real pain in the butt to have to turn the whole thing off and start over, especially with all of those extra steps.

This is our first double oven and they both work well. It is so nice to make a whole meal for a small army at the same time with this spacious model. The electronics are intuitive and allow a lot of flexibility.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is huge! Plenty of room for multiple items. One thing, when you turn the light on it comes on in both ovens. It would be nice if the light only came on in one oven that you select.
