Something has changed!

I have replaced the heads in my razor many times and never had a problem. BUT this time, something is wrong. After replacement, one of the heads wobbles, makes a funny noise, and even flew out once when I was shaving--good thing it did not hit me in the eye. Now I am really afraid to use it!
Something is seriously wrong with the replacement heads currently being offered and I don't know what.
Cons: serious design or manufacturing error!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have not noticed any improvement with my new razor blades. My older ones were the original ones that I received when I bought the razor at least four years ago. I was expecting to notice a big improvement since they tell you to purchase new razor blades each year.
Pros: easy to purchase
Cons: did not see any improvement

This is an excellent product with precision craftsmanship and overall quality. The only thing I might add is if you would tract the date of order and send an email to reorder the heads eleven months from now.

Although I haven't yet, it says you can just rinse it out. I prefer the brush, (provided), because I'm not comfortable with running water on an electronic device. Takes several passes but provides a nice smooth finish if one just uses a little patience.
Pros: go anywhere basically.
Cons: too many passes for 'perfection'.

I didn't realize how dull the original heads were getting (they were 2 years old) until I replaced them. The razor works as good as new now. If you like the razor and the battery is good, this is the best way to go!
