Heat Exchanger problem

This refrigerator came with the purchase of our new home. The temperature became inconsistent, it wouldn't hold the recommended temperature and wouldn't make ice. After a service visit, the temperature would go back down and we would get ice for about a week. 4 service visits later over the course of 5 months , it turns out something in the heat exchanger is clogged. The bad news is that the heat exchanger is molded into the plastic in the back(?) and the recommendation is to replace the refrigerator. OUCH $$$$!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

6 years old and never had a single issue

I am remodeling but keeping this refrigerator even though its 6 years old. It's difficult to find one that is not too big for the space I want to put it in, and I've never had a second of trouble with it. I would give it 5 stars if the door ajar alarm had a little longer timer.

Horrible storage space

This model refrigerator was in a home we just moved to. The narrow shelves and tiny storage drawers are barely useable for our family of four. The freezer has 3 tiny compartments also. We will be replacing soon!

Doesn’t stay closed well & won’t beep

This refrigerator does not stay closed well. And when it is open just a crack it does not beep to alarm you that it is open

Water constantly drips from the water filter and causes a puddle in my fridge daily. What would you suggest I do to troubleshoot the issue?
