Nothing but problems

Purchased it 7 years ago and have replaced the ice maker twice and the main board. Ice maker dumps cubes on the freezer bottom and the freezer temperature does not maintain very well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This fridge came with our house. Was great, fit in the small space, no problems so far. Had since 2010. Wish had external water dispenser, though

Freezer door guides made of plastic and break easily. Also, ice in freezer falls into basket.

7 years old, just one thing after another, I am sure I have spent more than the original cost on repairs, not to mention throwing out all the food at least twice due to the failure.

Beeping

Refrigerator continually beeps. Replaced mother board 2x. After each replacement the beeping stopped for about 3 months then out of the blue it doesn't stop beeping. Have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to stop. Sometimes I can hit a bunch of buttons inside and it stops. But usually I have to unplug it and plug it back in. The display where the temp readings are located shows 777 999. The beeping is driving us crazy.

Works well when it works - But.....

We have had this device for 12 years, so I guess at one level we cannot complain. But in those 12 years, we have had to replace the crisper support twice (2X) as the slides simply break and the crisper drawers sit on the box, not in the grooves. Not only that, but the glass shelf does not fit in the most recent support, nor do the crispers fit properly - too loose. Cheap plastic, badly made.
We have had to replace the icemaker, also twice. The first one seized irrevocably - and I am pretty handy at that sort of thing. The second one simply failed to respond one day. The third - knock wood seems to be holding.
Just today, we had to replace the mother-board. It simply gave out for no discernable cause.
All of the above is still cheaper than a new unit - but I expect we have purchased it 1.5 times over the last twelve years.
