Great way to get what I need which works well for me as I live in rual WI where we have to travel at least 45 - 50 miles otherwise. My orders always arrive quickly. I had only one problem ever, with a cartridge blowing up before it arrived. I called and received excellent help and a replacement in less than a week.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Toner quality going down the drain

This particular cartridge started streaking and lightly blotching the left 1" width of the page after only a few hundred copies, and print consistency became erratic by 1000 copies. Generally the black (Q6000A) has been a pretty reliable cartridge (go through about 15/year), but lately it has become like the color ones - bleeds toner onto feed belt, leaves streaks on the first 20 or so pages after ANY toner change or self-cleaning cycle, etc. HP toner cartridge quality is going downhill, even though the toner powdewr itself still gives crystal clear images when cartridge is working right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

High quality print

After considering the brand "X" replacement cartridges, I decided to use the HP. It is easy to change the cartridge, there is no leaking or mess - and the print quality is high.
I would recommend this to a friend!
