The black cartridge seems to get used up faster than the other colors, but the HP black cartridge still prints well until the end.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing supprt for older printers

I love my CL 2605 printer and the performance of the HP cartridges! I am disappointed no longer offers multi-packs for printer cartridges for my printer. Now I have to buy them individually, it cost $200 more to buy the 4 cartridges for my laser printer. I will think hard about my next printer purchase!

Every single HP cartridge I have purchased has functioned perfectly. In the past, to save money, I have tried "generic" cartridges from three different providers. Each one was recycled after limited use; the most recent after one day (black streaks that would not be resolved by the printer's CLEAN function). If clarity, crispness and professional presentation are important to you, then don't waste your $$$ on knock-offs.
