When it works, it's great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Desperately needed a new phone in December 2014. Old Motorola was just sloth-like slow. Bought this phone and it was fine until early 2016 when people on the other end of the phone would complain about not being able to hear me well. Placed a Verizon warranty claim and got a "new" refurb LG G3. That one was dead on arrival. Got the second one and it was fine. March of 2017, the screen wend bad. Again, got another "new" refurb LG G3.
Good thing I had the extensive product protection plan, otherwise I'd be on my 4th phone.
Pros: Features/Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had this phone for three year. Never have had a problem with it until a few months ago. I noticed a sim card error whenever i restart the phone with it charging. Also the phone somewhat bends and has cracks around the microphone and IR blaster. p
I would recommend this to a friend!

WORST phone i have ever used!

I am a handset tester for my occupation so i get to use many different makes and models of phones. I purchased the LG G3 2 months ago and it is the worst phone i have used. I have switched out both the phone and the sim twice so it is not a hardware or sim card issue as well as checking to make sure to software was up to date.
First off the phone will not stay connected to LTE or even 3G for that matter. It loses data completely multiple times a day. Will also take up to 5 minutes to send SMS messages and will take hours to send MMS or group messages. Battery drains extremely quick. It also has a problem dropping calls when i have never before had a problem with dropped calls on my verizon network.
Pros- None
Cons- Slow, loses data connection, drops call, battery drains quickly, not impressed with laser focus camera
Pros: none
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sending It Back the Same Day It Arrived

I won't rewrite the review (which was dropped by the website instead of posted 5 minutes ago). Suffice it to say that it's ludicrous that the U.S. carriers (or at least VZW) refuses to provide the Qi-compatible wireless charging capability (that was standard on the VZW G2) on its new flagship model.
Pros: poor feature choice

Bought this less than a year ago and I have had nothing but problems with it. Phone aux wouldn't work, replaced 3 times, couldn't call anyone replaced again, and for the past 3 months my phone won't take pictures shuts of whenever it wants battery hardly lasts 4 hours now. I have always used LG phones. I guarantee this will be my last LG phone.

Got the LG G3 the first week I cracked the screen and the whole phone wouldn't work with a tiny crack in the corner, fix it. The battery life is poor and it turns it self on and off. Yesterday no one could hear my calls. Way to many problems, or I got the LEMON!!

Its a nice Nifty phone. I thought it was going to be better than the gs4 but it left me wanting more.
battery life is awesome and the phone it self tells you if your phone is going to overheat.
I have a problem with the auxiliary cord for my car I guess you have to buy a smaller jack or something.
I like that you don't have to press the power button as often as other cell phones that is a plus, just double tap and your in, then double tab and the phone is off NICE!!!!

The phone is quick. It doesn't do well with 5by videos It kind of lags.
If you like to modify a lot then you will totally love this phone.

camera is cool, its simple to use colors come out great, it focus is superb, but not to good at night when there are bright lights around.

I had an iPhone for years before I finally decided to take the leap and switch to an Android device. I was originally going to get a Samsung phone (I wish I had), but the sales representative at Verizon convinced me the LG G3 was a bigger bang for my buck. I really enjoyed the phone, it was fast and the screen resolution was great, not to mention the pictures I took with the camera were phenomenal. The battery life could have been better. A month into enjoying this new phone, which I kept in a case at all times, I pulled it out of my purse one day to see that the screen was completely cracked and the LCD no longer worked. I'M EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED that my new phone which I never dropped or banged on anything, was cracked so severely, especially in the case. I would not recommend this phone to anyone as I've dropped previous phones and they survived without damage, but this phone shattered without even being dropped. So sad and upset.
