Great features but very fragile

I had my G3 for less than 24 hours before the screen cracked and I was completely unable to use the phone. The phone was quick, had great features and had a sleek look. Although, all of the qualities are great; I need a phone that can withstand normal wear and tear use. I contacted LG about the phone breaking so easily and was not given a response. I have had many smartphones that have withheld for a long time but this particular phone lasted only a day.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Moved to this phone after experiences with: Original Droid, Droid bionic, iPhone, and the HTC8x Windows phone. By far the best one I've owned to date, and it should be for a pricey flagship phone. Camera is great, apps are good and not too intrusive. Call quality and speakerphone is the best I've had so far. Battery life is good, can go about 36 hours before I really need to charge it.
Cons: Can't find the charging folio case anywhere...not sure why. It's a little laggy from time to time... not sure why.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fast, clear screen and easy to use. This is my third android and first LG smartphone.
Very close to a 'pure' android experience with a few good tweaks that make it a bit easier to use.
The software that connects the phone to the computer has not worked and I have tried on three separate occasions to make it work.
The battery is average, can make it through most of a day of calls, texts and emails, but expect to give it a supplemental re-charge during the day if you add some gaming in the mix.
The camera/video is really good, but as an avid photographer I wish I had more controls. The optical stabilized lens makes a huge difference.
The size for a 5.5" phone is great. I had the HTC One M8 and it is the same length but a little wider.
I have medium large hands for a man and have no issue using it one handed even for gaming.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looking good 4LTE android phone and it's free! with 2years contract in Verizon wireless
It is fast and smooth. There is no software error and also I couldn't find any weakness up to now.

Have had no real issues with the device. One minor quirk was that the launcher that launched with the phone was a bit sluggish. Using a third party luncher fixed that immediately. Overall, great phone.

Best Phone I've had to date

I'm a fan of this phone. It easily ranks higher than my previous android and iphones.
For the me the battery life is decent depending on how I use it. I can drain the battery extremely fast with my normal use, but the battery can last more than a day if I use what I call stretch mode(I turn everything but phone service off.)
The screen is wonderful. Better than my wife's iPhone 6 by a large margin. The speed is way better than anything I, or she has used.
The phone has already taken a beating. I have a case, but sometimes my girls get their little hands on my phone the drops ensue. It has fallen numerous times, not from great heights or speed, but it has fallen. I haven't had any problems.
My knock on the phone, and the reason it didn't get 5 stars across the board was two fold.
1. I'm beginning to have a delay problem with the UI. There was an update that was supposed to have fixed the issue, but it didn't on my phone. (At least I believe there was an update for this). I have to wait a lot of times for the UI to catch up or I will hit the wrong icon and open the wrong app. I've turned all Apps off, and tried hard and soft reboots, and it still has the lag. I'm wondering if I could "get" all of the Verizon junk that is force loaded off, if that would help.
2. No new information, that I have found, on when the Lollipop is coming. I'm hoping this fixes the UI lag. If not I will come up with another solution on my own.....maybe.
Even with my two issues, I would recommend this phone to anyone. It handles most things I throw at it with ease. When it struggles it is usually because I have way to much open. If I close apps down I'm not using, it usually alleviates any issues.
Great phone. Great design job LG, get me Lollipop, fix UI lag, and I will change to 5 stars all around.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

better than the s5.

im really impressed with this phone. with a batter life that is well past 24 hours (for me anyways) this is very important i have to have a phone all the time and charging isnt always an option. there is not tons of over loaded software on this (unless i havnt found it yet), while ive only had it a month my wife has the s5 and had 3 of them in the same amount of time (warranty covered of course). a little big for my hand but i like the big screen. the phone never gets hot nor does it ever freeze lock up or nor do i have any other issues with it. finally a phone that you can use with all the features on (not like the s5's ultra mode where everything is shut down pretty much and black and white screen) i would just like to say thanks!!!
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality, battery life

This is the best phone on the market right now. Similar size to the Nexus 6 but has an SD card (what's with Google's holy war against external storage?). Speed is amazing, display is mind blowing, battery life beats the pants off my old S3.
My only complaint is that LG is very slow to update the OS. Had they not customized the image so much they could have rolled out Lollipop by now.
