After setting up i plugged in and found mist nozzle sprayed water rather than fine mist. Everything got wet. Called and was told to check valve. Even with valve almost closed and water barely turned on it still didn’t work correctly. I was then told to contact Amazon where it was purchased. They agreed to refund.

Fan is ok. BUT my issue is with getting a refund. These guys are a joke 3 weeks + & still no refund.

Way to much mist coming out. Get everything WET with in 20ft. Have purchased different nozzles and closed off 2 nozzles. Still to much water.
