Great Service after 2 of these fans failed ...

... unexpectedly. Really loved these fans for it's near-industrial strength and fantastic features. But NewAir took care of me - waiting on replacements now. It's not that often I run into an organization that loves their customers like this, so I'm pleased to give a shout-out when I find one. These guys & gals rock!

Provides great relief!

We live in Georgia, and this fan provide such great relief from the heat and humidity in the summer. We use it both with and without the missing features. We had one issue with it, but the company promptly responded and fixed it for us under the warranty. We were very pleased with the customer support and the product. Highly recommend!

Cool breeze

I bought this last spring and used it for most of the summer in Phoenix. It really cools the patio and extends our outdoor season. Phoenix has hard water so when the nozzles get calcified, they just screw off and we plop them into white vinegar for a couple hours and they are good as new. And because it is portable, it can be easily moved or redirected. My daughter turns it away from the patio and works out directly in front of it to keep cool.

Love the misting feature

Excellent outdoor fan

This is my second NewAir outdoor misting fan. Excellent for the patio. We only use the misting feature when the kids want to cool down, but it works very well. The fan itself is powerful and helps keep us cool as well as blow away mosquitos.

Bought this in May and did not setup until July. Wish I has setup immediately as it would have been returned to retailer. Fan shakes excessively, Mist has 2 adjustments off and shower mode. Makes odd sound when oscillating. Note that this is our second purchase of NewAir fan. The first one worked fantastically. This not even on the working radar
