This is a very nice product. Operation is smooth and dependable. Only complaint is that when I use the fast boil function the flame is too close to the front edge. This burner would have been better placed in the rear.

Buying on GE.com I got a better price than at the retailer. I was able to install it myself. It is working fine and looks great.

Small and weird burner positions

We got this in our new home and been using this for 8 months now ..Its very difficult to work with when you have all four burners on and pots on them, as there is no space between the burners. The power boil burner is in the front with the tiniest burner behind it. Very difficult to reach to it when you have a pot on the power boil burner which is usually going to be a big pot.The glass top is only making things more difficult with cleaning . I had to scrape it like really really well to get the grease marks out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features & quick cooking

We greatly enjoy using our gas cooktop from GE. I love that it has a lock so that the cats or my daughter cannot accidentally bump the burners and turn on the gas. Only thing I don't love is the glass under the burners can be difficult to clean.
